Official Rules – 2026 Boatload of Prizes Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Boatload of Prizes Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Partners for Conservation Foundation, P.O. Box 714, Burlington, Iowa 52601 (“Sponsor”). All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, and any partners directly involved in administering this Giveaway, are not eligible to participate or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning [start date] and ending June 13, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All online purchases must be completed by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on June 13, and all mail-in entries must be received by June 12 to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
You may enter the Giveaway in one of two ways:
A. Paid Entry (All-Access Pass Method)
During the Entry Period, visit www.BurlingtonRiverDays.com and follow the instructions to purchase a Burlington River Days All-Access Pass for $40.
Each valid All-Access Pass purchase completed during the Entry Period will automatically include one (1) entry into the Boatload of Prizes Giveaway.
Purchasing an All-Access Pass is not required to enter the Giveaway and will not increase your chances of winning. To enter without purchasing an All-Access Pass, see Section 4(B) below.
B. Free Entry (Mail-In Method)
To enter without making a donation, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a first-class, postage-paid envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry and must be received by June 12, 2026 to be included in the drawing. Each mail-in entry must be submitted separately; bulk submissions or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
5. Prize(s)
Prizes will include, but are not limited to:
Grand Prize: One (1) Boat Package (specific make/model to be announced), approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $[amount].
Additional Prizes: Merchandise and equipment packages donated by event sponsors, with individual ARVs ranging from $[amount]–$[amount].
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on June 13, 2026 during the Burlington River Days event in Burlington, Iowa. Need not be present to win.
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within ten (10) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both paid and free methods.
7. Verification of Winners
All winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winners may be required to provide proof of age, residency, and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Giveaway or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in this Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Des Moines County, Iowa.
12. Winners List
To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
